New user, how can I post?

Hi mates,
I'm getting insane here... I have a bug to report and I want another user help with his problem, but I cannot answer any posting nor can I post a new topic.
There are simply no answer/new topic buttons besides in this forum "General Chat"

Did I do something wrong?
Serial number is entered...

Welcome

Go into the User Control Panel on the right.
Then second tab from the left is the Profile tab.
Scroll down while in the "Edit Profile" section.
You will find a sub-section to enter the Key/serial number for your software.
Click submit at the bottom and that should open up the rest of the board for you.

If you registered but have not been given right credentials automatically then send a PM to unclevibes. He'll be able to help you out.

it sounded like you had only entered you serial number in the software itself not in the forum profile.

Same here. I have just registered and can't post. I bought Cross DJ at the App Store and sent my proof of purchase for a key or serial number even though I see no section to enter such information in the app. I haven't got a reply. I'm am hoping that this will unlock some advance features like wego 2 functionality which I had thought it had already. How long to get a reply from mix vibes? I have regular gigs every week an I'd like to get started with Cross. It a nice change from algoriddem and its iTunes integration is excellent. It's like buying something with a missing power cable and the company can't find it. Some of this registration and key information should have been left on the App Store site. If any one can answer this it's greatly appreciated.

Same problem, purchased off mac app store, sent what I think was proof of purchase, no response....My collection is not saving BPM or Key after being analysed on any new music files purchased since update from Yosemite...Can anyone help here ? Do I need to do something new ?
