Hey Ronald I have no serial number from the App Store that I can see. I was told to mail proof of purchase which I have done and there has been no response.

apparently I need to be fully registered at the forum to be allowed to access new releases and downloads for your product(s)
...this would be fabulous if Apple hadn't just sent me an invoice with no serial number to register with and after inquiring with Apple they have sent me back here to get the serial number. as a new user that's unregistered i cannot see how to make a new post so i'm jumping on this thread in hope of an answer, i've emailed mixvibes via email and also pm'd the mixvibes team here on the forum and also on Facebook, twitter with no joy, been nearly 10 days now trying to register and still no response to my problem, not happy. any moderators on here able to help me out? this kind of service is putting me right off this product if this is the kind of support i can expect, would like to try the DVS toobut without my serial number to upgrade with there is no chance i am paying out right for it.
please help...

Thanks for your replies guys, I have already followed the procedure described in the link. How long should i be expected to wait till i get the serial number sent through.
If i purchase an upgrade through the upgrade link on website does that include the DVS vinyl delivered by post or will i have to purchase those separately? Thanks again.

ok, thanks. i thought so, i have a local stockist in manchester so will nip into town and get some there. thanks. re, the serial i have finally got a response just now from mixvibes off Facebook and have an email to contact th em directly so will hopefully get it sorted. thanks again guys

Wow I put this post out dec 10 and this is the first I'm seeing anything about this. Look I spent money on this app. Why do I have to register when I bought this from the App Store. This is stored in my cloud forever. There was even an update in the App Store which still didn't include controllers wego 2 and 3. This is a good program of u don't mind I would really like to start using it but you have so many controllers that need to be added. I just lost interest in algoriddem for similar problems. Please help I have gigs every week what is up?
