Hi, I have the sound card Mixvibes U46MK2 and a MacBook Pro 15 "i7, I downloaded the control panel from this link [MAC] OSX U46MK2 control panel but when I turn on the sound card, the software says "u46mk2 disable", are there other drivers to install for MacBook?

There is no need for a driver to use the U46MK2 on OSX: the integrated Core Audio should work.
I just tested it and it works here on a MacBook Pro 2012 with Yosemite.

Do you see your card in System Preferences > Sound > Output ?

If not, the first thing to try is other USB ports. I've heard all USB ports might not all be powered equally.

Yes, I have tried to see in System Preferences -> Sound -> Output, but there is not my U46MK2, there is only internal speaker! I have also tried to change the USB port and to use a USB HUB but it doesn't work. Maybe the Mixvibes U46MK2 doesn't work on Macbook Pro Retina i7 2014.
Is it possible that Mixvibes can not solve this problem?

Solved!!! I used a power supply for the sound card and it worked!

not shure what software you are using but regerstering it in the fourm will solve many issues in the future
