I am also having that same issue where I have over 300 favorites and can only see 48 also. I will try this.

I just tried it and I can confirm that what you have to do.

Cross 3.4.3
macOS Sierra 10.12.3
Macbook Pro 9, 1
2.3GHz 4 GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM
Intel HD 4000 1536 MB
500GB HDD
