actually i pressed some options on the player's gui and put it on vinyl mode and now i get sound normally.but now i got one more question and its very important.how can i make the sound to start on the timecode exactly at the point the timecode vinyl is able to produce sound?i have cut short the beginnings of songs so they start imidietly on mp3 and that's how i was doing some tricks on mixvibes DVS,memorising the cue points looking at the timecode logo cause all my songs i do tricks with start at the same point that way.but Cross has some extra sound gap before the song starts no matter what and that ruins my cue points as i got them in my head.can i get rid of that gap and make the song start imidietly at the beginning of the area the timecode is able to produce sound?

 well if you are able to get timecode to run on the free version ,, you have accomplished something ,,

 next point is to regerster your software in the fourm ,,,user control panel/profile/serial # ,, meaning the DVS sostware ser # that way you can get the upgrade price of Cross when you plan on getting the full software

No expert on tc.. But should work instantly with right settings. Maybe others have more detailed suggestions. Here some general.

You're latency might be to high. Are you using an ASIO driver. Via the forum I've seen recommendation to have 5 ms or less if possible.

In Preferences | General tab you might have touched the start values.

Did you analyse in Cross before using the tracks and next, if needed reset the Cue point to your t=0. (meaning from now on you don't need to edit MP3's no more as a track will always start at Cue point).

And your calibration should be OK..

I want in some way to make my song start playing imidietly at the point the timecode starts to produce sound.I need to get rid of that sound gap.I reseted those values at the general tab to 0 but unfortunately it doesn't work yet.Excuse me if it sounds demanding but i'm in a hurry with the DMC competition and i need to learn the Cross quick, they won't have Mixvibes DVS there.Unless Mixvibes DVS works normally with a Traktor soundcard like Cross. If yes, please let me know so i can inform the hosts to install DVS in the competitions computer as well for me.Thanx in advance.
