are you asking about hid set up in the cdj ,, think this is only with the full version of Cross , look at the product comparison page for proper info ,, also info for cdj set up ,,
http://www.mixvibes.com/products/Crosswhen you get a chance regerster your software licence key in the fourm ,,user control panel/profile /serial # , this get you full benefits of the fourm ,, ie downloads of latest versions and firmware ,drivers ,, also a upgrade price for Cross ,,
glad you like Cross ,, and welcome

sorry about that daniel, i`m using an hp pavillion dv6000, on windows 7 32 bit, the cdj 400`s connected on hid and Pioneer cdj 400 asio, also tried general cdj drivers and result is the same, the cdj`s do not show any values, but it works, and there seems to be some diference in the mappings as well, hope you have more info now to think thru, apreciate your help.

ok, i have registered already, i think now all the requirements are filled. so my problem remains, when i use crossdj 3.0.1 everything works fine, with 3.2.0 the cdj 400`s do not show any values, but they work. and also there`s also a difference in the mappings i think, some keys do different things, (example) in 3.1.0 the track search key takes track to begining, in 3.2.0 it changes the search values, 1,2,4,8,16,32, also i`m using Pioneer cdj 400 asio, but also installed Pioneer cdj driver 1.210 and asio 4all 2.1, coul there be any conflict?, is this any helpfull? hope you guys can figuer this out, because i`m forced to use 3.0.1. , thank you.

ok, so there seems to be a difference between Cross DJ and the full version of Cross when using cdj`s on hid, but the 3.0.1. works perfect with cdj 400`s and 3.2.0. and 3.3.0.don`t, ok no problem, but if i upgrade to Cross will i have that problem solved? one more thing, Cross DJ custs 49 euros, Cross full custs 99 euros, to update from 3.2.0 to Cross i have to pay an extra 69 euros, that means the software will cost in total 118 euros, correct? help me on this, thank`s.

Not really sure what the question was.
Cross DJ supports MIDI. Cross also hid. If somehow Cross DJ supported hid this was not according to specs as in the product comparison chart.
Price for upgrading in steps is more than going full version at once. Seems pretty normal...

Just to stop the confusion:
"Cross DJ" is the equivalent of Traktor Pro. It supports MIDI mode only and won't display stuff on the screens.
"Cross" is the equivalent of Traktor Scratch. It supports HID mode which will display stuff on the screens. It also supports DVS and takes the limits off the VJing features that Cross DJ has.
Are you using the full version "Cross" or the midrange version "Cross DJ"? If you are using Cross DJ and not Cross, that's your problem.
We should call the full version "Furious" or something...
