MIXVIBES Dj Community old forum

Hi everyone I am using Cross DJ 2.1 and I get the notification of updating every time I open the program. However on the website it says access denied as I haven't entered my serial number, which I have entered a million years ago. I have learnt that this is a problem shared by lots of users and who should I send PM to fix this or there is no way to upgrade at all? I sent a PM to unclevibes a week ago but there isn't any response so far. Gutted.

just curious what hardware /software combination are you using

also have you tried deleting the board cookies and your browser cookies ,, if still at a impass please pm uncle vibes again ,

yep that might be a problem ,, understand you have lost the cd sleeve that had the licence key on it ,, and failed to regerster it in the fourm ,, if this is the case then all is not lost ,,you just have to purches the software again ,, mixvibes doesnt keep track of who purches the software ,,and regerstering it in the fourm is how they do it ,,
now if your purches was through the web shop then if you still have the confirmation e mail ,, then p m this info to unclevibes and he might be able to rectify this , :cool

see you have the dixon first mix listed ,, you maybe able to contack the retailer with your purches info in order to get it replaced ,,
