Hello guys

I don't want to make next topic so I'm writing in this one.

I had downloaded a Cross demo and wanted to check if your method to import cue points from Serato is good.

Cross can't find any .xml file in Serato library folder. File called 'database V2' which contains informations that Cross needs has no extension. Even if I changed its extension to .xml Cross can't import it. Could you tell me what I have to do now?

Okay... In the meantime I found solution. I dont' know if it was posted before so I'm posting it here.

1. Download SSL Database Importer: http://www.native-instruments.com/forum ... ble.101674

2. Point out your Serato library folder and click convert.

3. After everything is done go to the Cross and Import Third Party Database from the same Serato library folder. File to import by Cross is called Serato Database Import.nml

4. Profit

Yes, it's not perfect but is at least importing 4 out of 8 cue points. It's also importing only standard crates (no smartcrates). As I read on the NI forum SSL Database Importer is buggy so before doing this please backup your library.

For anybody finding this thread, that link above is dead, but I was able to find a copy of the software which I am now hosting on my server:

Given your information it's pretty unlikely you have distribution rights for this software nor can you be sure the files are not compromised.

Nevertheless thanks for your attempt to contribute
