U-Mix 44 headphone volume

I am having problems with a couple of items.
1. I cannot seem to get enough volume from the headphone jack on the unit. Even when try and run one of the outputs into an external mixer I get weak volume (gain) and even phasing issues. Does anyone have the same issues?
2. Often, no matter how I boot up the unit I am forced to restart my computer to get it to recognize the card before performance. I have tried to start with the USB connected and I have also tried with the USB disconnected.

If I cannot resolve this I will need to pitch this unit and get something else.

Please help if you can.. lots of shows to do!

while you are waiting for some info we will need you to regerster your software licence key in the fourm ,,user control panel/profile/serial # this will allow access to download section if any software or drivers are needed ,,

gonna need more info to your set upo and software set up ,, any screen shots of audio config ,, as much info as nessary to see what you have going on ,
