plese help me,i dont know how to connect Cross DJ with cdj 1000mk3 and mixer 850 with HID controller I user Mac air 2013

HID support is only available in Cross (not Cross DJ)

Could you be some specific as how you want it to work, so we can provide your way. General recommendation is to have a look at the manual, so you do not onbly have it setup, but also now alternatives for setting it up. Also accessible via the Help function.

If you register your license key in the user control panel | profile you will also have access to other forums and the latest downloads.

Also make sure you use the latest Pioneer drivers.

As far I know only time code cd can control this cd player you need a sound card.
Only on version Cross not Cross DJ

ok.i regester my liscenkey.sorry but i english nood good. i have a question.Cross DJ 3.1.0 full how to connect with cdj 1000mk3.use 2 usb cable and how to connect with cdj 1000mk3?

You have Cross (Full). You can avoid misunderstanding by not calling it 'Cross DJ' in the forum...

If the steps don't help you, please tell where it goes wrong and we'll help you through asap.

The CDJ 1000 do not have USB....only the CDJ 350 , 400, 850 ,900 and the 2000
So you can't run HID MIDI
You need to run time code vinyl / C.Ds and use your serato sl4 as a audio interface

You can download the time code C.D. From the download part off the Mixvibes forums

In Mixvibes Cross audio prefrences you need select the Rane sl 4 core audio as your audio device and select line-in not phono-in

In the time code prefrences ...tick the two boxs

sorry. I do not know how to connect.cdj 1000 mk3 cant not use usb.i try dowload MixVibes DVS time code.bin and input the cdj 1000 and serato sl4 to mac but nothing.the cdj 1000 show no track and in Cross full in audio show built-in output and no audio devices.please help me
