Update for CrossDj 3.0 to 3.1

I paid for my Cross DJ 3.0 and when I click the link to update to 3.1 it says the I am denied access. Why? And I cannot find the serial number for 3.0, How do I get a new one or the old one? HELP!

the serial # is in your profile ,, you entered it there when you regerstered on the fourm ,, the software badge is for Cross DJ le , is that the download being denied

No, I have both LE and CrossDJ 3.0. I only put that serial number because I could not find the other one. I have the receipt for the purchase of CrossDJ 3.0 but cannot find the SN

Oh CDJ 3.0 says there is an update available but when I click on it, it says access denied

now i understand ,, how was it purched if it was online and you recieved a confirmation e mail ,, that info might restablish your serial# ,, do not post any # on the open fourm ,, if this is the case then p m unclevibes with this info ,, if this is not the case then explain ,,

hate to suggest purchesing the software again ,, albeit will be a the upgrade price ,, ,,what are your plans on useing the software for ,, Cross allows for more flexability ,, timecode support ,, MIDI suport , Pioneer cdj hid intergation ,, also video sample banks ,,

what ever your choice please regerster it on the fourm ,, your profile safly stores it for retrival latter if lost or misplaced ,

I found the key, so I am going to try again to get the update. I use to DJ many years ago at The Wollman Rink in Central Park, New York City. The days of crates and transporting my own equipment...lol...All vinyl, but now I do it for me to hear at home as a hobby. I'm just really now getting into the digital format
