Crashing when recording video

I recently purchased the Mixvibes pro version and made the in app purchase to enable full video use. So far every time I try to record to video tracks mixed together it crashes. It is fine whilst each individual track is playing and during the mix, it is always after when the recording is saving that the programme closes and the box appears saying that Mixvibes closed unexpectedly.

Can anyone please help me with this problem?

and any software licence keys need to be regerstered on the fourm , :cool:

Hi Daniel,

It's the Cross DJ Pro version downloaded from the Apple app store, I then made the in app purchase to upgrade to full video use. I am using a brand new macbook pro OSX 10.9.2, Processor 2.9GHz Core i7, Memory 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3.

Please register your license.
That will open up the download center.
Then you can upgrade to version 3.1. (think your not having this version yet).
Your specs are great to run the latest version.

If you have trouble registering your license key please let us know.

Where would I find the license key and how would I register it? It was originally downloaded straight from the Apple app store.

When you received a CrossDJ serial enter it into your Profile (User Control Panel)

ucp.php?i=169

This should then allow you to download the latest version of CrossDJ from your Download Centre, on this site ;)

Where would I find the serial number, I don't recall receiving anything when I downloaded from the app store?

Hi Lee,
Please follow the link Jim B posted. Appstore does not communicate to third parties, so it can't be done automatic.

You need your Purchase info to be send...

:eek: back to the orignal problem ,, you listed your system spec,, didnt see any info as to the spec of the video card :?:
:idea: what version of the software where you using and if not the latest download from download section ,, you can try running your system with the new version and see if problem is stil there ,,
also any more info as to the crashes and maybe screenshots of the crash or notification might give more info for help ,, :cool:
