I bought a USB envivo DJ controller with Cross DJ LE 2.5.0 software in it, and every time I use the software it malfunctions and has a mind of its own, which means I can't use my controller and software properly. It said I was guaranteed a 3 year warranty, I've had it a day and it doesn't work properly, could someone help me?

good we know what controller you are using and what software

what exactly is it doing and not doing

which means I can't use my controller and software properly.

a screen shot of the MIDI tab in perfrences ,might give some more info

that will come under the retailer as the vendor and the parent company that made the controller

could someone help me?

just as a side note what system spec are you running and maybe a link for the controller .. :cool:

just saying it doesnt work and has a nmind of its own is not clear enuff discripitation of what going wrong ,,need some better info to ret to see whats going on :cool:
