Mixvibes runs under Windows 8.1 ? Nothing working since update to 8 -> 8.1. When I plug : error code 10 (MIDI driver not recognize)

Noticed some change in the title, which might make this topic a loose end:
Yes Cross works in 8.1.
Likely for MIDI a newer device driver is needed. Check the midi-device supplier (if MixVibes, see Download Center)
