I bought about a year ago, used a set of DSV Pack mk2.
the problem is that when you move lost the orginal plate with serial no, I have a box set with the serial number and warranty card vinyls and cd timecode.
My question is, it is possible to get a number that I need to download and using soft or i must buy a new version of the program.

am i understanding correctly have you lost the original cd sleeve that had the licence key on it ,, ,,by chance did you purches it from mixvibes from the web shop do you still have the activation code put in the e mail ,, if neither is the case then you only option is to purches the software again ,,or better yet purches Cross or Cross DJ ,,,, if you want to set up a d v s system then it will be Cross,,,
and this time regerster it on the fourm ,,its safely stored in your profile ,,in case of such misplacement ,,
