Sound quality issues - Bass [Solved]

Hi again. I have solved 2 of the 3 issues out that are highlighted in the first thread. I simply re-installed the software and changed the settings.

One problem still remains - When I play tracks using the time coded vinyls with the 'vinyl' on screen buttons ON, I cannot add any bass using my mixer, it just distorts every time? Is there any way of rectifying this? Thanks

Hey,

How is your connection between audio interface and mixer? Where did you connected the outputs of the sound card at your mixer? For me it sound like you have connected them to phono? If so please connect them to line in.
Or what exactly do you mean with at DVS set to vinyl? Did you mean pass through of an original vinyl? What is you timecode signal? 100%??

Please some more information
Thanks
Christian

Hi there Christian. Problem solved, many thanks, now working perfectly. I was using phono and not line! School boy error? Its all working as it should now, with 100% on the timecode signal.

Thanks for taking the time to reply.

Regards Charlie.

Hey,

good to know that it is now working. You are not the first person how had this problem. Most of the people with this issue have connect the device at the mixer to phono because they think the device could also push the output with phone and the documentation tells that the sound card is between Turntables and mixer which helps to misunderstand this.
So no problem and have fun with your product.
