A few teething problems, help me please!

Hi all. I'm new to the website and also new to Mixvibes DVS Ultimate. I just have a few (probably trivial) questions about my new purchase, they are as follows;
Firstly, when I first installed the system from the disc provided, I somehow managed to get rid of the toolbar at the top left corner of the Mixvibes window, its gone and I cant get it back?? Is this important for changing things around/experimenting? I only had it for a matter of seconds and it seemed to offer lots of options, so I'm keen to get it back.
Second, when I play tracks through the system using the time coded vinyls (i.e with the onscreen 'vinyl' buttons on), the sound quality is less good through my speakers, predominantly the bass. When I use the system as intended, I cannot add bass to any of my tracks from the mixer I am using, it just distorts. Conversely, when I play the tracks with the 'vinyl' onscreen buttons off the sound is brilliant!??
Last but not least (in fact most important to me), is there any way of making the system register an onscreen BPM number for each and every track, I only have bpm figures coming up for about 1/8 of my approx 800 tracks which is frustrating when you are a beginner.
Any help or advice would be much appreciated. You can text me 07846104407 or email chazwalker1@aol.com as I am keen to rectify these issues. Thanks
