Currently the old "NI Traktor Control S4" is supported as a MIDI device.
However, that newer "Traktor Control S4 MK2" is NOT supported and is not working at all.

Is any support planned for that?

For now, we haven't got/seen the device.
If it's a real MIDI controller, it's mappable in Cross.
However, nothing's planned for now.
You should start looking into mapping it by yourself (many guys can help you in this forum).

The S4 MKII is already out for a couple of months (it is simply the successor of the already supported Traktor Control S4)...however...
I even tried to create/copy the mapping of the supported S4 and make some adjustments, but Cross did allowed me resp. didn't accepted and activated that device.
Anyhow, do the entire mapping from scratch for all knobs, jogs, faders, leds etc. just by myself might be too painful and time consuming ;-)

Somebody out there that got a MIDI template for NI kontrol S4 mk2? Did not know this version not working with Cross!

Hey, Mixvibes should add a warning on their site that the NI kontrol S4 mk2 version is not compatible with Cross, since NI is not labeling the controller as a S4 mk2, but simply as a S4! Hoping for some mapping support now...thanks.

Salut, rien de grave il faut ouvrir kontroller éditor puis vous allez dans assign sur la droite et changé dans type mettre note a la place de contole change pour chaque bouton (pade) du kontrole s4mk2 par contre je n’arrive pas a modifier concernant les joges pour le schaching
