Hi, when I connect the Cross DJ to the USB port on mu mac the lights remains on... there is no way i can get it to start working...

give info as to your set up ..,,
also please regerster your software licence key on the fourm ,,user control panelprofile /serial #
that way we know what Cross DJ software you have ,,also what controller are you trying to connect ,,
and any info as to your set up/os and sound card you are using
