Hi everyone, i have just purchased Cross along with a new laptop,it was installed with rekordbox, traksource, beatport,and their down loaders by the company i bought it from. At the moment i am just trying to load my music onto it.This does not seem straight forward as it was on my old system,then i just pressed import on rekordbox and anything i had downloaded was automaticaly transfered...simple! Also anything i had ripped in windows media player was the same.Now i have to search to find the file it is in and transfer one at a time and it never shows the label info but it does in download.My next problem is some how i have moved all the tracks in to missing files and cant transfer them back, i am pulling my hair out !!! Would be so grateful for some help. Happy xmas everyone.

first thing regerster yoour software licence key on the fourm ,,,user control panel/profile/serial #
then give system spec and set up info to let us know what you are dealing with ,,
sounds like you have a mulitude of issues ,,not so much dealing with Cross but the transfer of files from old comp set up to new ,, can give some assistance,,but has to be a clearer explanition of whats going on ,,

if you are talking about missing files in Cross ,, right click the file and you will see a resolve missing file selection ,, there is a way to resolve all you missing files ,, rather than one by one ,,but not shure of it to say
