MIXVIBES Dj Community old forum

So i am looking to switch DJ software and the U-Mix Control Pro with Cross DJ is looking real slick. I use turntables but i seen dude on youtube using the U-Mix with tables.

Besides getting the U-Mix Control Pro and Cross DJ software what else would i need? I know i will need to get timecode vinyls. anyone out the using this set up? how do you like it.
I use to use m-audio torq 1.5.2 it worked fine for me just its pretty much dead so time to move on.

first off welcome to mixvibes ,, the U-Mix Control Pro comes bundled with Cross DJ ,, to run tc you will need Cross ,, the pro is a good unit and the control pro 2 has a slightly different hardware set upp allowing for control of 8 sample pads /locators ..,,,the Cross software allows for tc control hid control and hopefully vid control in the 3.0 version being r c tested now ,,

O wow i didnt even catch that. that kind of sucks that it only comes with the Cross DJ.. I need the Cross to run my turntables. Is there a bundle that has the U-Mix Control and Cross??

ok so most of the bundles i see online are U-Mix Control pro2 and Cross DJ. so i will prob. have to upgrade to Cross witch looks like thats $60. will i be good to go after that? I will be able to run my turntables with the U-Mix Control 2??..
Im just trying to get all the info i can before i deside on the purchase.

Yes, you'll be good to go with TT's and the U-Mix Control Pro 2
