Hi, my name is DJ Delite and am loving the software especially the RC 3.0. I like how your team Listens to requests and make the changes when you can. I bought my copy from the app store. I emailed for my serial numbers for both mix vibes and the video plugin. I received it for the Cross but not the video plugin. I followed the directions and emailed my receipt bought have not heard back. Please advise. Thanks!

re read this and dont quite understand how you are able to get a video plug in activation code also ,,

Because when you purchase Cross DJ from the app store you have the option to also buy the video plug-in from within the app which i did. i sent the receipt for the purchase of the video plugin to the email in the thread you posted but haven't received a response with the serial number. I had the video plug in woking but when i installed the latest version of Cross DJ it's asking me for the serial for the video plug-in.

thanks for trying to help me out. . I guess i'll just have to wait longer but it's been almost two weeks since i sent the original email and i've sent like 3 more since then.

i understand your frustation ,,i am hoping you are not misunderstanding the offer that was put foward back then ,,

nope..and now i see it's even cheaper than what i bought it for but it's really good software. Love the video and it works great with my mc3000 controller.
