I dont want to get off on the wrong foot... I have already registered my U-Mix 44 and software and then forgot my username..

I have just re-registered but do not have my disk to re-register the software.

How can i now get support for my U-Mix ?

Given your information I guess the people of MV will have you back by Tomorrow (if your info matches the records).
If case you can't wait, please download the manual from the MV website. Most issues have been adressed in there...
