I just opened the box and of course it came with 1.5. Is there a free upgrade to 2.0? where is it? I did not purchase this to use an older limited version? Why should pay an additional for an upgrade when it was offered for free?

Go io the User Control panel in this forum.
Once there, go to the tap that is labeled User Profile.

Within the user profile there is a section in which you enter the serial numbers of your software.

Submit your profile and this will enable the access to the download section.

In the download section you will find CrossDJ and Cross for Windows or Mac. the current version is 2.6 and it is free for registered users.

And I just saw version 2.4 and it says the update is free! So how do I get to it?

please input your serial number in your profile and the once you save the download section will open up and allow you to download the updates. the download center link in on the right hand side or at the top.

It should be in the box where your software came in. You need that to install it.

That is correct. Register that in your forum profile and it should open up the download section for the updated version.
