PLEASE HELP,IT'S URGENT!!

hi,i have the mixvibes DVS u 46 sound card.i left my computer open for a couple of minutes to do some other work while i had the soundcard connected to it.the mixvibes was open and had loaded mp3 files to my turntables.when i came back,my laptop was in sleep mode.so i pressed the open button,wrote my password and when i put the needle on my turntables all i heardd was that noise you heard when you don't have made the installation to mixvibes yet.i went to the installation wizard on the menu to make the connection again and it failed to read my soundcard.i tried this a few times but it still fails to read the card.it appears as a choise to use but when i press next it doesnt move on and a white "X" in a red cyrle appears.please,could somebody tell me what's going on?i'm in the middle of a megamix i 've been recording all day and i need to fix this as soon as possible.thanx in advance

Hey,

have you restarted your computer with an unplugged sound card. After the computer has been restarted plug in the sound card and plug the power on at the device. After that Windows should recognize the device and you should get the normal behavior. If not please check the U46MK2 Control Panel and mute the input channels with the "M" button. After that go into your DVS program and check if all is running again.
