I have a mac and can't set up my microphone to cue. seems there isn't an option to use second output for the cue on the sound card. I know this may be a common issue, but i just don't get it.

sorry, meant to say headphones, not microphone. can't route headphones out of output 2 or headphone jack with a mix track pro. For the cue, not master.

first thing first ,,,regerster your software licence key on the fourm,, user control panel/profile/serial # ..to gain access to proper topic pages and the download section to be able to update your software

my version is brand new. Version 2.6.0 from the applications store.

where do i find my serial # on a downloaded version of Cross?

its on the cd sleeve if you have a hard version of the software,,,its called the licence key :cool
should be on the e mail activation notice

yeah, i have to email them the purchase email that Apple sends like a week later. Im beginning to regret this purchase already. Its seems mac, mix track pro and Cross DJ are somewhat incompatible.

These are compatible.
In Cross audio settings:
- check you correctly selected the mixtrack pro as audio device.
- chose "Dual Stereo" as routing mode.

If still doesn't work, please post a screenshot of your Cross audio settings page.

I don't know what the issue is. I thought it was the mixer I bought and returned it and got a different one. New one (hercules RMX2) is doing the same thing. Cue and master are both going to the speakers. Im really thinking it is a Cross problem. I can't figure it out. Not sure how to post a screen shot otherwise i would. Settings are to dual stereo.
