I brought a brand new DVS Ultimate yesterday for mixing at home plugged in U-Mix sound card and installed drivers on disc when I go to calibrate my turntables it says there not connected I go to settings and vinyl cd settings and no movement on timecode I am using technics 1210s and Vestax Pmc mk 2 it keeps saying no input connected any help would be great as I starting to lose my mind lol also the screen is tiny don't have a full screen either for some reason

yes ,,,got to user control panrl/profile/serial # enter it there ,,

have you checked in preferences for the skin being used ,, have some different screen resolutions avaible ,, try thoes to correct your small screen size

You need to set audio settings in DVS's settings menu.

You should select U-Mix sound card as the input and output device.

I've also got the same problem. Had a brand new DVS Ultimate system. Hooked everything up but nothing. Not registering any input on my laptop. Is there any teltale signs to see if the sound card is faulty?

check that the sc is reconized in windows audio devices ,,
try running another music spplication to see if its working ,,
post screen shots of your sound config in DVS and also calibration of the turn tables ,, also you can post a config report to give more info
assuming this is a win os ,,as DVS is not nmac supported

Yup, everything is connected as should be. No yellow flags in device manager. Can't calibrate the vinyl as no sound is registering.

Windows 7
Will do a report thing when I get home.
