Hi, I would like to map Decks C + D EXACTLY the same as Decks A + B.
Is there an easy way to do this? Can I copy mappings between decks?
I am tearing my hair out, its such as lengthly process for something that takes seconds on virtual DJ.

Please post more information.
Are you trying to take a 2 deck controller and map it as a 4 deck?
Are you mapping an additional controller to control decks B and D?
What controller are you trying to map?

U-Mix Control Pro 2
Deck A - Vinyl (Use Control Pro 2 Faders and kills only), no loops, pitch,
Deck B - Vinyl (As above)
Deck C - Use full controller including wheels, kills, loops, fx everything
Deck D - As C.

How do you want the faders and kills to switch from A+B to C+D?
If you need to use the MIxer section for C+D.
You know that the sampler will not be availble when all 4 decks are active.
You can have the following combinations
A+B decks C+D samplers
A+B+C decks D Sampler
A+B+D decks C Sampler
A+B+C+D decks

Ill only ever be mixing from left >right, never B&C
So right side mapped to right upfader and left side to left fader.
To be fair, im ok with setting the fx and faders, its the more complex stuff like the loops, fx browsing, jogs etc
Crossfader only ever switches between AC & BD

So AC and BD share the same upfaders and kills/trims/eqs/gains etc.

Wow, appreciate that greatly. Many thanks.
It is a bit disconcerting that there isnt an option to do this easily somewhere though.

just to be clear, I assume that you are using a DVS sound card for your audio inputs/outputs and the UMCP2 just as a MIDI controller.
Or are you using the audio inputs (in phono mode) on the back of the UMCP2? If that is the case you might just want to switch the inputs in the GUI from deck A to line and deck B to line when you are mixing.
do you want decks A and to share the cue monitor button?
Meaning when you press cue you would hear decks A and C together?
Please elaborate a little on your connections so I can have all the information that I need to formulate the correct map for your situation.
