You need to Pass on Cross, not Cross DJ.

CrossDJ does not support timecodes

If you want to use timecodes then you'll will have to buy Cross. Any 4in/out ASIO soundcard/audio interface will work with Cross.

It depends where abouts in the world you are ;)

Here's a few suggestions of the top of my head

MixVibes U-Mix 44
Hercules Trim 4&6
NI Audio 4/6
ESI U46MK2
ESI Maya 44 USB

There are a lot more out there

Chances are you can pick up an M-Audio Conectiv pretty inexpensively.

When InMusic (Numark) bought M-Audio they basically stopped making the Conectiv so it's been discontinued, but they can be had rather inexpensively - in the $50 range or so.

If you want to know where to shop, eBay is a good start. There's also a group on Facebook for this as well:
