Switching from Torq 2.03 to another DJ software

Hello everyone!
I have been a Avid Torq user for around a year now. Unfortunately around July, Avid announced that they had sold Torq to InMusic and since then Torq has been dead
it's very annoying since I enjoyed the way torq worked and felt.
Now I am on the hunt for a new software and I came upon Cross and I've got to say, it looks a lot like torq and like traktor (traktor was pretty cool but very complicated). I am curious as to what software I should use or if I should just stick to my dead Torq..
My next question is about controller comparability with Cross. I own the Torq Xponent (hence why I use torq) and for the most part it's a decent beginning controller. I'm curious if my controller would work with Cross and also if someone has attempted to or has a mapping for the Xponent.
This is my first post here so thanks all and I look forward to trying out this program!
