Is there a way to organize the music collection into folders

Hi!
I'm brand new to Mixvibes and I have tried figuring out how to organize my collection into folders without much luck so far :-/
On my HDD, I have organized my music into folders and subfolders according to genre, year/month etc.
It would be great if I could organize the music in Mixvibes the same way instead of just seeing all my tracks. It would be much appreciated if it is possible to organize my music into the same structure as I have on my HDD (Root folder ---> Genres --> Subfolder--- > Subfolder)
Does anyone have the solution? :-)

You can use playlists and playlist folders for this purpose.

I suppose this would work. I still with there would be a way for me to specify my root music folder and Mixvibes would monitor this folder and import in according to it's structure. This way, whenever I do changes and add music, this is automatically updated in Mixvibes. With a system like this in place, I would only have to worry about organizing on my HDD and the rest would be automatic.

This doesn't exist in Cross unfortunately.
The best way of using Cross is to manage music directly in its interface.

Not sure what you mean by this. But what I want is for me to be able to define a music folder on my HDD and my music collection in Mixvibes will be a reflection of this folder and it's structure. I don't want the software to organize the music for me but this way I could organize my files with a standard files browser and when I add new tracks and folders to my root folder, these changes will be updated in mixvibes without the need for me to manually add them.

Do you know if there will be any updates to the software in the future with such a feature?

One way to do it. Depending on how you have it on your hard drive.
If you have all you music inside a folder ea. Music ---> Genres --> Subfolder--- > Subfolder or maybe on a separate HD.
You can go into the Files in the sidebar and the drag the main folder or HD over to the sidebar under Autoplay. That way you have a fast way to get to you music and it's sorted in the way you want it to be. and all songs you add to any of you folder will show up in Cross but want be analyzed until you load them of do it manually.

Thanks for the tip gullum :-)
So when browsing music, I use the files browser or? In the collection mode, there is still no folder structure.
I've noticed there's a difference between files and collection in terms of what kind of columns I can display such as the album art which is a great tool for helping browsing quicker.
