why cant I post in tech support..?

Does anyone know why I cant post anything in the tech support forum..? I am a registered owner of Cross DJ and have my serial number listed like it says to do in the forum rule but still when I log in the 'New Topic' button disappears...?
Any help would be appreciated!

Try to delete the cookies.
I've tested your permissions, and you are allowed to post.
