Hello I am using crossdj 2.4 , 2.5 and Le and I cannot get all of my iTunes songs ( I have 8600 songs ) to rea on either of the above platforms , funny crossdj reads all of my podcasts but not all of my songs , Please advise as to what to do

Please be more precise about the exact issue.

- Are some songs missing in the iTunes list in Cross?
- Are some song refused at load (with an error like "Unkown format")?
- Anything else?

Over 2000 songs are missing , they are not showing up on Cross 2.4.0 Cross 2.5 or Cross Le .

Any details concerning the missing files ? Like file type, format, etc...

I have recieved any error messages or anything .

Ok, but the format of the missing files ?
mp3 ? aac ? Apple Lossless ? mov ?

I am not sure if the files are mp3 or aac's all of my songs should be mp3's

If they're mp3s, there's no reason why they shouldn't show up.
Could you please send us your iTunes xml file ?

syimy where and how do I send my file to you , I just encounted another problem tonight while practicing my blending , I am getting red x's next to a lot of songs , many of these songs played fine yesterday now I am getting these red x 's this could not have happen at a worst time as I am preparing to do a set at the Philadelphia International Café and my first gig on the 17th .

I really need some help here I have paid a lot of money for your software and be referred to a forum it kind of insulting

A forum is our way (and a good one) to provide support to customers, I don't really get your point...
Moreover, you haven't paid "a lot of money" for this...

The "red x" theoretically means the files are missing (Cross can't find any file at the file location stored in the database). Did you try to play one of these files in Cross? You should get a "file is missing" error.
Now, why are these files missing? Did you move some of your audio files? Rename some of them?
