I need your help have a U-Mix Control and when I am installing says that the serial number is not valid ...

Hello,

could you please give us some more Details. Is the package used by an other Person? have you bought it second Hand?

If so please write Support or unclevibes an PN and describe your Problem. Then they can say you the next steps. Maybe you Need to take a Picture of all or so to validate that you are the owner of the Software.
