Transferring a Licence

Hi

I have just bought a used Control Pro from Ebay. I have been told that the previous owner can deregister his account and I can take over the licence.

How easy is this to do? It has Cross 2.0 included with it.

It is possible but the previous owner/licence holder will have to do it.

Once unregistered you then should be able to re-register the serial/licence number.

Make sure you grab the latest Cross update, 2.5.0
