i got the software with my controller that i bought from a friend used so i dont have a lisence key....how do i obtain a new one??

if he regerstered it on the fourm then the licence key is stored in his profile ,,, contack your friend for such information and get him to tramsfere it ownership to you ,, other wise you will need to purches a new licence key , for the software of your choice

I sent my AppStore receipt to djcommunity@mixvibes.com on september 3 and never got any answer. I'd like to get access to the latest beta version of Cross DJ since i've installed yosemite and I'd like to to have the compatibilty with iTunes restored. I read that version 3.3 works with yosemite and iTunes 12. Is there anything else I have to do?

In addition to this post you might want to resent the mail if you have it at hand.

You're right on a compatibility issue with new iTunes resolved. For what it's worth you're referring to the 3.3.0 Release Candidate (just a matter of how it is called when at mv).

Beta testing is done by a limited, but global, group of users before (most of) the new functions make it to the release candidate.
