Multiple Rigs

Well I took the plunge and the DDJ-SX is on its way. I must say that Cross/CrossDJ mapping documentation on the 2.5 RC help me make my desicion.

It is all coming together for a total of 3 rigs.

Rig #1= Ultra portable
For trips and perhaps the unannounce house party.
Using CrossDJ for iPad and UMCP-2
** This rig is not yet complete as I am missing some features.
I need CrossDJ for iPad to have MIDI learn or have a mapping for the UMCP-2 and it would be awesome to be able to beatgrid/prepare track on the iPad and then transfer the information to the Cross collection on the laptop. I will be making the suggestions in the iOS section of this forum.

Rig#2 Portable (as In backpack to play at clubs or other venue where my PA system is not required)
Laptop UMCP-2 and 2 Quneo controllers.

Rig#3= Mobile (full blown system)
Laptop, DDJ-SX, full DJ booth table, lighting console, Bose L1 II PA, lighting trust and fixtures, wireless microphones.

Almost there.

It's good to be flexible.

I like the sound of your mobile rig. :D

I can go from a small rig (laptop, control pro), right up to a six-speaker mobile setup (2x15" bass bins, 2x15" full range, 2x12" full range - a total of 2000 watts rms if I need it).

Prefer gigs like your #2 rig though - less hard work carrying it around!
