Unable to post in support.

Hi everyone,
I've purchased Cross yesterday and filled in my profile, inc. cd key and details, but I'm still unable to create a new topic in the support section.
Following daniel clark's advice, I've tried re-entering the activation key but without any success :/

well it seem that the software badge has appeared ,check the web cookies on your browser and first try to delete board cookies ,,tab at bottom of fourm page

I've deleted all the cookies, but I'm still unable to create new topic in support section

I have pm'ed him yesterday but didn't get a reply yet :/
still can't use Cross, I have a feeling that the new firmware for my DDJ Ergo is the culprit..
