Or, what is the best controller to use with CrossDJ..

I do not know where in Canada you can get one, you can try and fine an online dealer in Canada and see if they have it.
but to you other question these are natively suported by CrossDJ now

any controller that sends MIDI can works with Cross, but if not already suported you need to mapp it yourself.

too make suggestions we need to know expectations of controller wanted ,, ie mixing style ,use of effects and sampler pads , do you want to run 4 decks , are you wanting to run time code,do you want to take advantage of hid support in the expected new versions,do you use it proffessionaly ,(heavy demands on longevity),,what other hardware are you running and compatibility issues all of thease come into play on making a suggestion you can live with ,
s far as the mapping there are realeased versions for some controllers and possible more in the future,and mappings allthought is not easy there is pleanty of assistances
