MIXVIBES Dj Community old forum

Hi everyone. I´ve got a firstmix pro usb DJ controller, and mixvibes Cross DJ LE 2.4.0 as software. All time i try to prelisten the sound doesn´t come out of the headphones. I tried to set the mappings.
Can somebody help me?
Also the scratching doesn´t work exactly, but i´ve heard there is a solution for it, can somebody help me with this problem too?

will need some info as to your set up and sound card (s) set up as well, and even maybe a link for the controller to see what you are trying to accomplish,
