Contact MixVibes for Technical Support (no license)

Hello,

Sorry I'm getting on any of your nerves. I'd really like to post my previous question in the technical support forum, but I cannot since I only have the free version.

Moreover, I cannot send them an message online, since the form on their website does not work, so there is essentially no way for me to get an answer from a rep.

Does anybody know the email where I can contact them?

Thanks

Hey Guys,

I'm very sorry to do this, but I am unable to post any messages in the technical support forum (since I only have a free license) and your message form on your website doesn't work.

I'm having an issue with the rekordbox support, and this is the only thing holding me back from purchasing a full license. When I transfer my beatgrids from rekordbox, I find that they are all shifted a certain amount in Cross DJ. All of them are shifted by the exact same amount, so I figure there is something specific going wrong. Same story with the hotcues (they transfer and they fall on one of the beat markers, but again, shifted from the actual beat).

Could anyone help me with this issue?

Thanks in advance!

Hey, thanks for getting back to me (sorry if I seem like a bit of a nag)

I had posted an issue a couple posts back: I'm having trouble with the rekordbox import feature in Cross. It works, but all of the beatgrids appear shifted by a specific amount (same amount for all songs). The hot cues are shifted as well (they fall on the rekordbox beatmarkers, but not on the actual beats).

I just figure that since nobody has experienced it, there must be a solution.

Thanks again :)

EDIT: Sorry I don't know what that post above is doing there hehe, I had asked that they post it in the technical support forum, but guess not).

Ok I've tested with RKB 2.0.3 and you're right the grid is off.
Cue, locators and loops are still ok, but the grid isn't at all.

Ticket opened.
