Pioneer ergo v microphone input not working with Cross DJ?

anyone know how I get my microphone input to work with Cross DJ? Is there a special mapping needed other than the default for the controller Cross DJ recognizes?

not shure what the set up for the microphone is on that controller ,,post a link for spec and info to help sort it out
