Headphones are not working and cue points

Please i am trying to use my headphones with the software so i can listen to the tracks before playing it i have usb sound card but its not working ? Plus i cant delete the cue points from the tracks any ideas how those two problems can be solved Please ?

I purchased my Cross DJ from the app store so i don't have a serial number for my software, my system is Mac not windows.

There is only one problem after creating a cue point it cant be deleted even if i close Cross DJ and reopen it. Any ideas how to delete the CUE POINTS ??

Thank you for offering me the full license but what is a full license like whats the difference that i will get. unfortunately i have deleted my app store bill so i cant forward it to you is there any other option so i can register.
