Anybody using novation dicers and kontrol x1

Hey there guys ,
Just wondering i've been considering buying a pair of novation dicers to use for cue points/hot cues..I'm currently using a Kontrol x1 with J - kuts mapping for it which is dope but i was just wondering what else would you suggest the dicers may be usefull for that the X -1 isnt already handling ?
I wish the dicers could mimic the same loop roll function as in serato with the dicers instead of using the knob ..
Any suggestions would be appreciated ..Cheers guys

I personally have a pair of Novation Dicer and i love them. i also use a Urei 1601S battle mixer with a 2 channel sampler built in. It lets me do a lot of cool things.
I have not personally used the kontrol X1 but i bet it does a lot of nice things on the fly.
The Novation Dicer was made for mostly doing small things like looping things, using 5 different positions at your disposal per side, and it lets you use 5 different fxs at any time per side.
All of the buttons are able to be re-configured as many times as you want.
You can customize these dicer's to what ever you want 15 different things on each Dicer. I hope this little info has helped you in any way.

Does that mean you can save pre set FX'x to buttons to trigger without having to scroll through the FX menu ?

Sorry could you explain how this works ? Sounds like there's a FX feature similar to traktor and serato im missing
