I have installed on my American Audio VMS2 called modified firmware 2.6.
With the VMS2 Cross works perfect but with the other programs do not.
How could return to firmware 2.5 and have my VMS2 as before?
I have to resend by guarantee and not let me.

Simply download the 2.5 on the American Audio website or ask to their support to send it ti you.

i need help ...i updated my firmware to 2.6 but now i cant use my controller with any other software.....please help

And you think this is a problem with Mixvibes.
simply go to support American Audio.

I have Cross DJ 3.0 and American Audio VMS2 and can't get it to work properly. Neither the mapping nor the Audio outputs work right - headphones play master and cue, speakers play cue and master, etc...

so confusing!!!

Could you do a screen shot of your audio set up (Audio tab)

Oh! Figured it out. Just needed to change the routing mode to external mixer. But unfortunately my VMS2 only has 2 stereo outputs so I can't use the preview deck at all! (I guess the preview deck is routed to output 3)... Is there any way to change this so it can also be routed to output 2? Would that work?

I am lost in that I can not understand how to get my american audio vms2 to work with Cross DJ. sat here for hours and I am unable to sort out the mapping. if someone could explain the process to me I would be delighted.
