You don't have a registered Cross serial!
You need to enter your serial in your account profile.

I did the upgrade from Producer to Cross a few months ago, I can't find a serial #

So you bought it, right?
If so you must have gotten an invoice via mail with you serial included.

yes when they had the $49. or $59. upgrade. can't remember which one it was.
