Hi to whom it may concern
I bought a copy of mixvibes from the mixvibes website they sent the download link to my email but the download link does not work
it says

Cannot open file does not apear to be valid archive
I to redownload the link but it does not help i can give the order number and my email etc to confirm that i bought it

Is rthere a licence key number on the e mail ,,,if it is please enter it in your profile,,this will allow you access to the down load section,,

yes they did send the key
i have where do i put it in the profile ok i see it i put it in there

user control panel /profile /serial number that should give you a software badge in your postings and allow you access to the download section of the fourm to download the layest version of your software ,,do not post the licence key number on the open fourm please

lets us know that you got it softed and also what was going on ,,this seems to be the third posting with similiar issues ,,will help correct the problem with the info

hi ive managed to download it from the download center and got it working it asked for the key i put it in seems to be ok ill have a full go at it later let u know so far seems working ok now

Question can someone help me I purchase the wrong upgrade for Cross DJ I did the 59.99 upgrade when i should have done the 49.99 one is there anything i can do
