Hi all!

I started a Scratchsample-Archive, where you can look up popular Scratchsamples and the tracks they originally are sampled from.
Being a Turntablist since 2005 I often ran into situations where I was looking for a particular sample and simply couldnt find a record containing it, which brought me to this idea.

With over 70 entries the list is quite large for now but far from perfect. So if you know a sample/track that is missing, just leave a comment on the blog and I will add it! (please stick to the blog! as I'm sharing this in many different places, I dont have the time to look in every single forum if someone has posted a reply with a sample )

I already knew whosampled.com

But whosampled tries to list every sample from every track ever recorded. What I do, is a quick reference especially for turntablists looking for popular wordcuts and scratch-phrases.

Whosampled works like this: you know a track and you want to know where the samples come from. My page works in the exact opposite:
you know a sample, but you got no idea what track is containing it.
I don't know how much of a Scratchnerd you are but believe me, for these guys there definitely is a need for something like this.

will look in to ,,have a bunch of tracks ,cant remember there name artist from the early 80 that where used as samples and cut beats ,,,,,used to have them on 12 inch vinal ,,, cant find them on the web ,,this might be the ticket

o kay see the list some already have and curious as to how to download them ,,,,,

Due to legal reasons, I can't provide any DL-Links.
But I started to add links to the videos and the correct timing of the sample

This Blog is existing just 3 days now, so there's a whole lot of improvement possible. I'm open to suggestions (except for an iPhone app, thats too expensive )
