Thank you Cinq - just what I needed!
Building off of Cinq's awesome work - I added some output. It works on 2.4. Also I want to draw attention to the fact that the play/cue buttons seem swapped in the photo. I think play is the one on the right.
It's still a work in progress but here are the additions:
1. All HOT-CUES light up in RED when set. 2. All SAMPLES light up in GREEN when running 3. PLAY lights up in AMBER when running 4. CUE blinks AMBER when paused, solid when starting using the CUE button, etc.
Frank.

Wow that's great! I'll download and test it. I should have completed it but my studies haven't left me much time. Thank you very much Frank!

Added full Crossfader to whole bottom row - Left Most button = 0% - Right most button = 100% - all buttons between evenly spaced - Bottom ROUND button ("arm") = 50% - slide fingers along bottom row for fade 9. Added Match with Master button (SHIFT+SYNC) 10. Verison Bump to 1.2e
The big thing is the addition of the Mixer mode with full control of gain, EQs, volume, etc and a "sliding" crossfader. I also added MatchWithMaster and changed the sync behavior a little to keep it up to date w/ 2.4. A few more output mappings were added and 3 quick "SelectAndTrigger" Autoloops were added for 4,8, and 16 beat loops.
A Note on the Mixer:
The Launchpad is an 8x8 button controller. I used two columns per deck for control. That means columns 1&2 control deck C, 2&4 control Deck A, etc. This aligns perfectly with the knobs in the software. Just like in the sofware the row layout is as such: gain hi eq mid eq lo eq filter sweep volume <empty for now> crossfader (across whole row)
To use the mixer mode - hit the green top-right button on the launchpad (conveniently labelled "MIXER") No need to hold the button down - it'll light up and stay that way until you press it again.
Then press the main buttons and see what they do. I'll get to a diagram one of these days...
Have fun!

Great work. Tbh i hadn't even thought for a mixer as i use an external one but this shift mod is awesome!! Now launchpad is a stand alone controller.
I have also created another mapping in which the top 2x8 buttons are mapped to 4 particular fx 4 targets for each fx unit but then you need knobs for the amounts and i havent's found a solution on this. but maybe i'll work something out based on your update and i'll upload
cinq and others who may be interested - check out my new TouchOSC mapping for the Nexus 7. It's still rough but I included a full Launchpad emulator!!!
The basic A<-->B Mixer and Crossfader are also included on the same page as the emulator.
I'll eventually get around to porting it to the iPad because my friends have asked for it but I have to get most of the stuff working on the N7 first at least.
