Nearly Useless Trivia?

If you can't get Cross vinyl but can get Torq vinyl, it 'sort of' works, if you jump the pitch on the turntables by almost 8%. Which means Serato vinyl would also work at almost +8% if you reversed the L/R leads. :D

Not the best thing in the world, but if you got nothing else it sure beats DJ'ing with a mouse!

And 'mixing' with it would be a nightmare on SL1200MkII's because you're almost maxed on the pitch fader out of the gate, but you 'could' scratch with it... hmmm....

And forget getting a nice circle during the calibration - it is NOT pretty.

How do I know? Because my Cross vinyl shows up tomorrow and I wanted to try SOMETHING while I was waiting. :)

Missing the absolute mode of Mv Vinyl.

Correct - relative only. ;)

BTW, this would mean that Serato vinyl should work as well if you swap the L/R leads and pitch it up. Again relative only...

But hey! It's like the using the headphones for a microphone thing... it's nearly useless trivia. :)
